New to WDM, and its already broken!

New to WDM, and its already broken!

I built a fresh install of Windows 2008 Server Standard, dedicated to WDM - I have no idea how to use it, so its a steep learning curve.
I installed WDM 4.9.1 on trial and I had to setup FTP manually for the WDM folder, since WDM didn't do it for the new server, but the login was successful based on following the help guide.

I've registered 2 subnets, and its only picking up the 1 terminal I've just reinstalled, so the agent has probably been removed from the other terminals.

What I am trying to do is import a new image to reinstall/update my terminals, but I get the following error:
- A directory matching the specified package name already exists on the FTP server
I've tried this with the terminal image, vnc, and vmware view, and they all give the same error, so I don't think the image name is the problem.

Before I screw anything up, what do people recommend I do to resolve this?
