Need Help Getting Started

New to the whole WDM and updating packages. I don't mind doing the reading, but can some one tell me the high level step to push out a registry key to our Wyse Devices that are on our local network. They are not domain members, so GPO etc.. are out.

Any URL's to get me up to speed would be appreciated.
