Fail to deploy a device configuration package in WDM to a Wyse 7020(Z90QQ7p)

Hello I have installed WDM 5.7 on a Windows Server 2012 R2. I want to use the feature "Device Configuration" on a Wyse client 7020(Z90QQ7p) with Windows Embedded Standard 7 P.

I created a packet with Display config. Then I use the "Package Distribution Wizard" on the client and click the Device Configuration category and my Wyse clients don't show up.

I looks like that I cant create packages for Windows Embedded Standard 7 P only Windows Embedded Standard 7 is that a fact, is there anyway that I can create packages for clients with Windows Embedded Standard 7 P?
