How about dealing with the frequency error report by change the internal hard driver?

I am now having a lot of error report and application error about the operating system. I have tried to reinstall the whole system. But it seems to be useless for the errors. I am thinking about that if the all information about the laptop are all keeped in the internal hard driver. If I upgradte the internal hard driver, is it possible to remove all the original information about the operating system I used now. Is it possible to use this method to remove all the errors happened before?

Could somebody tell me whether it is useful or not?

Not quite understanding your questions.  But, if you did a clean reinstall of your Operating System, it would have been as though you started from the begining.  So, if your seeing the same error message after you did a reinstall, I suspect you did something other than a clean install of the OS.  What that is I dont know.  Kip

I mean that I have done the clean reinstallation. But I know that there are some basic information for the laptop still leave in the hard driver when reinstall OS, such as BIOS.  I just think about that if I use the Dell upgrade plan to change a New internal hard driver, there should be no more same information with the OS i used now. So if all the information is new and do not have the old OS information. In theory, I think that there should be useful for solve the error messanges.
