Dell CommandUpdate 5.4.0

So it seems that DCU used to install to ProgramFiles(x86) folder but now with the latest 5.4 universal version it goes to C:\Program Files\WindowsApps as if its from the Microsoft Store. How can I silently run command line updates with dcu-cli now? That directory is locked down pretty tight. Am I missing something?
