Default setting for floppy drive 'A'

Question

This is not a big problem but is one of those things that's really annoying.    When I put in a floppy disk, it always lists the contents as 'tiles'.  Can I change the setting so it automatically opens to 'thumbnails' or any other setting that I wish without having to manually change it or is this just the way it is?   jdog23

This is set in Folder Options. In Windows Explorer, go to Tools, Folder Options, View, set it the way you want, then select Apply to All Folders. Also check Remember each folder's view settings in the list below on that page, so you can customize individual folders like your pictures.
