Computer is Locked/Cannot Switch Users

Question

When I try to switch users ( Start, Switch user) nothing happens. But when I try it with the windows key+L , it says computer is locked. I type in my password, but it goes back to my account, as if nothing happened.

That still doesnt solve my problem. I can't switch users anymore. When i activate 'Fast User Switching' in Control Panel, it just unchecks it. I click apply when I do it ,too

Make sure you are signed in as an Administrator. Do you have more than one User Account set up? Look up User Accounts in Help and see if that gives you any solutions.
