Clean Windows 11 installation stucked at "Getting devices ready"

 I have a Inpsiron 3593 which is already upgraded to Windows 11 during its release.

Now I decided to reinstall it using clean installation.

1. Create bootable USB using Rufus

2. Booted to USB.

3. Custom installation.

4. Delete all partitions.

5. Create new partition.

6. Install and Restart.

I already tried resetting BIOS to Factory defaults but didnt worked.

Any idea?
