Changing from front camera to rear camera

Depending on the version of Windows installed and the model of your system this option may differ slightly. Generally the camera can be swapped after by doing the following:

1. Open the Camera app.
2. Swipe in from the bottom edge to see the app commands.
   (If you're using a mouse, right-click within the app.)
3. Tap or click the Change camera button.

how can i switch from front camera to rear camera in dell latitude 3189? i am having issues with operating the camera attached to the keyboard.
