Can''t do a fresh install of WIndows 10
Video playback is choppy and other recommended I do a fresh install of Windows 10, except I can't.
I get an error:
"the language or version of your Windows is not currently supported by this tool"
I have Windows 10 Pro on a Dell XPS 9510. Brand new, and it can't play videos back smoothly.

Make sure that your device has enough space.
Run Windows Update a few times.
Check third-party drivers and download any updates.
Unplug extra hardware.
Check Device Manager for errors.
Remove third-party security software.
Repair hard-drive errors.
Do a clean restart into Windows.
