0x745f2780 error when I start my computer

I seem to be getting an error message that states Instruct 0x745f2780 referenced memory at 0x00000000.

I don't know what is causing this or why it has started up.  I had the problem about a month or so ago and it
seemed to resolve itself.  Anyone have any suggestions on what this is and why it is happening?
Thanks
Dave

Didn't find anything on google, that is why I posted here on the Dell support board.

this problem is a bios issue.. i discovered coincidence with certain bios revisions of 6400 and e1505 and some 9400/1705 ..

to fix.. boot  to safemode with networking.. run chkdsk /f then press Y to schedule on next resatart.
next is downloading bios ..  Save it to somewhere u can access in regular mode (bios update dont work in safemode) then restart to perform chkdsk /f scheduled.. then once done update bios in regular windows. if still has issues.. restore system to original.. but first backup your personal files out of pc.
to restore pc to original pc off then turn on.. at dell screenn   ctrl f11. if bios is not updated and only pc restored.. error will return eventualy.

This is of course assuming that the title of the error has svchost mentioned in it.

Well you can find answers for this issue at the following links.  The first one has the current patch & the other two tell you what is wrong.  BTW it is not a hardware issue but a software issue.
