Latitude D630 - Windows 7 32 Bit
This model and Operating System is not supported by Dell.
It is recommended to upgrade it to 4 GB of RAM if it doesn't have 4 GB already.
Note you can upgrade to 8 GB but the part is quite pricy so I recommend sticking to the 4 GB part. If using 8 GB you would definitely want to install Windows 7 64 Bit.
