Windows 10 is suggesting an optional firmware update. Support Assist isn't suggesting this one. Should it be installed?

Personally I wouldn't install it from windows update site.
If you want to update, do it manually (not in windows) after downloading the firmware from the dell download site and copying the file to a usb drive then use the flash bios option after tapping F12 at start up.

Have you tried using Support Assist to check for updates?
