VxRail and Cloud IQ
Hi,
My customer has a Vxrail running 7.0.372 and connectivity to SCG5.12.
CLM is getting alerts and config file.
But for a couple of months now, he is not able to view any data on his cloudIQ portal. Customer web account has access to same Site ID than the serial of the vxrail. Any idea where the issue could come from ?

I've had issues with data and connectivity if Health Monitoring isn't enabled. Have you verified that is enabled? Is it showing a recent last contact time, just not sending data?

health monitoring is enabled and Customer Improvement Program is joined. Really don't get why there is still nothing in CloudIQ
