update_vxrail_mgr_db.sh question

hi there ...

Does anybody tell me what update_vxrail_mgr_db.sh will do ?

I see this .sh in v3.5_gen2_node_replacement.zip. It seems to need to run after replacing node ..

If anybody advise me what this is .... would be great !
