Reset script required

Our vendor recently commissioned Vxrail but during configuration we asked them to change the default vlan of Vxrail manager, ESXI host management access, vcenter to on vlan 1400, but he wasn't able to do it and now we have no management machine available to access besides the ESXI host. Reset script is require I have created an SR for it but for some reason the support team is not making contact besides sending follow-up email. I did leave a note as well but no response. SR number is 08337443
