Error when configuring Dell support
I am getting Network issue error message when i try to configure Dell EMC Support Account under VxRail Configure->Support.
have verified that the account is working as i can use the credentials to login to dell support portal.
what else do i need to do?

managed to get connected using the dell support account.
what is the IP address should i use for the external SRS ?
i tried using the below, but failed.

How did you manage to connect using the dell support account?
Im still getting the Network issue label..
Our vxrail is behind a proxy but we have opened for all the addresses as well as www.dell.com
that the kb articles provided my DELL-Sam L mention.
I cant find any logs that mention this in the vCenter.
