Do not enable temporary enterprise license for DRS when upgrading to 7.0.100

Just an FYI

Do not enable the option for a temporary entprise license to enable DRS if upgrading to vxrail 7.0.100

Seems to have a bug, the vCenter Server will not come up with a working license and after the first host reboots it cannot rejoin the cluster. your upgrade will fail at that point with partial update completed on first node and broken vcenter machine.  You will have to roll back vcenter to the snapshot you should have made before starting.

If you do not enable this, you have to manually migrate virtual machines to other hosts at each stage but at least it should not fail.
