Adding Log Insight to existing VxRAIL Cluster

Hi,

Just wanted to get a sanity check on adding Log Insight to an existing cluster per KB Article Number 000304139. It seems like this is all possible after the fact, but wanted to see if there were any restrictions I wasn't aware of or that might not be in the Solve/KB documentation that people have hit or if this is not supported under certain conditions.

Why are none of these articles customer accessible. I am sick of having to open tickets and wait days to do extremely simple tasks.

Agreed - many of the articles in the master KB for VxRAIL are employee only. I did find the one above accessible to me (partner) so if you are a partner I would imagine it is accessible. From a customer perspective, I believe even more are likely locked down but don't have an answer to why they are locked down.

Also - I can confirm the KB article does work after the fact pretty smoothly, so I did my own sanity check as the answer here

Be sure to upgrade LogInsight to version 4.5.0 - It is really a very nice tool that goes largely unused on VxRail. LogInsight comes with VxRail, why not use it & upgrade it?
