Profile Management hidden file in appdata-local-microsoft-credentials

Hello, We use Profile Management feature of vWorkspace. Everything seems to work smoothly except for one thing. The file created in Appdata\local\Microsoft\Credentials\ is not copied to the personalisation file. Looking in the LOG we see it is copied to the personalisation file, but when I unzip it, I can see it is not there. Other files though are there! This file is created by Microsoft Outlook -CRM plugin. Can someone provide me a solution....?

I think that as this is a credentials file it will possibly be encrypted so may not be able to be copied and "reused" correctly. Does the CRM provider have a best practice on how to deal with this file in a profile?
