How do I purchase additional licenses?

I am out of licenses. I have been attempting to purchase additional licenses through my Dell rep but she is saying that I need to go through Quest. Quest is saying that vWorkspace was not part of the DSG acquisition and that I need to go through Dell. This is going on the 3rd week. Does anyone at Dell who might read this have any clue as to what I need to do to resolve this?
