Error to provision new Windows 8.1 image using Instant Provision

Question

Hello,  We are having an issue to create a new provision using instant method and Sysprep…The name is not changing we found this log below:  14-Jan-2015 11:13:44 - 2192 - [INFO ]:Instant Provisioning service initializing. Service Version: [ 8.5.307.1955 ] 14-Jan-2015 11:13:44 - 2192 - [INFO ]:Starting wait for drive resource... 14-Jan-2015 11:13:49 - 2192 - [INFO ]:Waiting for floppy device availability... 14-Jan-2015 11:16:33 - 2192 - [INFO ]:Wait for drive resource concluded... 14-Jan-2015 11:16:33 - 2192 - [ERROR]: QuickPrep was unable to locate the floppy device. Unable to check for sysprep information. Drive path: [ A: ]  The system is Windows 8.1 and its working for Windows 7. We are using vWorkspace 8.5  The Floppy drive is enabled… Thank you, Rafael Felipe.

I also found that the 8.5 instant provisioning does not execute vbscripts after provisioning. I'm using 8.01 instant provisioning on 8.5 and it works just fine with Win7 and Win8. I have an SR open with Dell.
