vSpex Blue Cloud Array

Does the included 10TB license per APPLIANCE, give you any actual Cloud Storage capacity (from EMC or Vmware), or does it just license the Blue to then be connected to 3rd party storage that you then pay for?

The information provided is so light and open to interpretation on many of the components of Blue, not sure why EMC is providing so little DETAILED , granular technical info?! Everything is generalizations, open to interpretation (and I've heard a lot of questions from VARs and customers, too much confusion forces them towards Nutanix!)
