Vplex configuration issue with ntp and witness

hello all,

i have an issue with one of my management server on my cluster-2 .

when i try to configure the ntp,  i have this error  :

VPlexcli:/> configuration sync-time --remote-ip 10.255.x.x -f

The log summary for configuration automation has been captured in /var/log/VPlex/cli/VPlexconfig.log

The task summary and the commands executed for each automation task has been captured in /var/log/VPlex/cli/VPlexcommands.txt

  VPlexcli:/>   cluster-witness enable

:  Evaluation of < > failed.

cause:              Property 'cluster-witness' is not supported.

VPlexcli:/> configuration cw-vpn-configure -i 172.30..x.x

I can't find any documention on this specific error,  everything else is working well on the management server, i can add lun,extent, connect to gui,

it seems like something is off because i don't have any of this issue on the cluster-1 management server. Can you help me ?
