VMware Multi-extent (multi-LUN) best practice

Hi all, my company currently has a 2-extent VMFS datastore, where 1 extent is a LUN (named LUN_902) which is mirrored by VPLEX to our VNX5700 and our CX4-960, and the 2nd extent is a LUN (named LUN_903) also mirrored to the VNX5700 and CX4-960.  Here is our current array SP configuration: LUN_902 --> CX4-960: SPB; VNX5700:SPA / LUN_903 --> CX4-960: SPA; VNX5700: SPA.  For reasons I won't bother explaining, I need to change the owner on the VNX5700 for LUN_903 to SPB.  Does anyone know the best practice for this situation?  I'm unable to tell if the owning SP should be the same on both arrays, as well as what is recommended for a multi-extent datastore - use the same SP for both extents (LUN's) or use separate SP's to spread the load.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
