Remove VPLEX engine
Dear All,
I had a customer who purchased a dual engine VPLEX configuration, but wants to start implementation with single engine config due to some limitations into the environment. Is there any procedure how this operation can be performed?

This is not a supported, normal procedure, however there might be something EMC engineering can do with this and I would suggest working with the account team and opening an SR. This is because of how the TLA number is associated with the engines from the factory and how it comes all cabled up (assuming EMC rack here).
