Reduce scaling

Hello, since upgrading my dell desktop and monitors to a new laptop and wide screen monitors I have 1 programme which I do my payroll on that won’t reduce down to A4 landscape. It prints out missing the last 2 Colum’s and I had no problem with my old computer and monitors. Even when I save it still only saved 80% of what it should. This is driving me mad and it was fine on my desktop. I’ve even bought a new printer thinking this might help
