Dell Vostro stuck at Dell logo
I have a Dell Vostro 3400 that has Windows 10 Pro installed and recently i use EaseUS Partition Master to split my NVMe SSD into half (it requires a reboot), and suddenly after the reboot it just stuck at Dell logo, i tried enter the BIOS but it also stuck too. I tried install another copy of Windows but it can't boot either. Can someone help?

Why did you used a 3rd part software to split the boot disk, Windows have a build in tool under disk management to change the sizes and to add more partitions and safer than 3rd part tools and suspect the drive was encrypted before. I suspect the SSD is still good because it was working before you tried to spit the drive, the reason for the BIOS to be stuck because it is looking for a boot sector or MBR on the SSD but cant find it and can take some time to get into BIOS after pressing F2 or F12 to boot via a USB.
If you can connect the SSD into another PC after boot and remove all partitions then your BIOS wont be stuck at boot.

Being frozen at the Dell logo indicates no POST. This support page and this YouTube video may help. Try removing the RAM then boot again. You should get error beeps as the MB does not see any RAM. Assuming you do hear beeps reinstall the RAM then try pulling the M.2 SSD. If the system boots properly then possibly the SSD is having problems which prevent booting.

so i just installed another hard drive and installed windows there, after i installed windows i inserted the ssd, and my gosh, it's gone. even i use third party software it also says it's gone, how do i recover the ssd back?

so the ssd is currently the problem, since after i plugged out the NVMe ssd it now allows me to enter the bios and let me install a new copy of windows

update: after i put the ssd in, it won't let me in the BIOS (it still tries to let me in but it's stuck)

oh i never heard of this built-in disk management before
anyways i tried to format the SSD in another pc and it works now
