HARD DRIVE: 3TB  Seagate® BarraCuda® 3.5-inch, SATA 6Gb/s, 5400 rpm

@JOcean Thank you so much for the explanation, I appreciate it.

I have 3 Hard drives 3.5" on my computer:

3TB is the master hard drive.

1TB Slave 1

1TB Slave 2

There is something that I'm still confused about.

Do I have to buy the mSATA card together with a SSD 3TB for the master drive as shown on the images below this text?

For the two slave HDD 3.5" can I replace it for the SSD?

Thank you.

you do not need to.  just replace the boot drive with ssd and see how it goes.

you can replace the two hdd w ssd if you like.

by master and slave do you mean RAID or just boot drive/main drive and secondary data drive?  If the latter we do not usu call them master slave.  that is old IDE terminology.
