What is the latest GPU card an i7 3770 Vostro 470 can handle providing I upgrade the power supply? What are the limitations of this system regarding upgrades? Thanks.

Graphic card and processor will work great together
Intel Core i7-3770 (Clock speed at 100%) with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (Clock speed at 100%) x1 will produce only 3.82% of bottleneck.
or if you prefer the red team,
Intel Core i7-3770 (Clock speed at 100%) with AMD Radeon RX 590 (Clock speed at 100%) x1 will produce only 0.12% of bottleneck.
