Yes, the GeForce Biostar GT730 4Gb DDR3 Graphics Card should be compatible with your Dell Vostro 3670 desktop computer. However, it's important to note that this graphics card is considered a low-end option and may not provide significant performance improvements compared to the integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630.

It's also important to ensure that your power supply unit (PSU) can support the additional power requirements of the new graphics card. The GT 730 has a TDP of 49 watts, so you will need to check if your PSU can supply enough power to the system, as well as if it has the necessary power connectors (usually a 6-pin or 8-pin PCIe power connector).

In addition, make sure that your computer case has enough space to accommodate the size of the graphics card, as some graphics cards can be quite large and may not fit in smaller form-factor cases.

Finally, ensure that your operating system has the necessary drivers to support the new graphics card. You can download the latest drivers from the Nvidia website once you have installed the new card.
