Both Bios and CPU-Z say "dual"(memory channel). Is it true ?
Hi, guys out there.
From a seller I received a second hand 4 chip 8G 3200 SK hynix memory (1Rx16) with the same part number as the memory on my Vostro. Installed to my Vostro 3690(similar to 3681). Both Bios and CPU-Z say "Dual". But my Dell staff says dual channel is not supported by my Vostro. Which is correct ?

This Dell spec sheet shows the DRAM Bus Width to be dual channel.

My negligence. My Vostro manual does say "dual channel" !
AIDA64 proovens it.
