Unisphere LDAP Connection Fails with Missing bindDn

Question

I'm trying to set up an LDAP connection to Active Directory. I filled in all of the fields in the Server tab (except for certificates). When I hit apply I get an error that reads 'Failed to establish connection with xxx.xx.xx.xxxx: Missing bindDn and password'. I get this error even though the bindDn and password clearly there. I'm using the same AD settings that I used for my XTremIO, so I know they work. What could be causing this error?

I am having this same issue bindDN and password is clearly there, and I get the exact error VNX5200 - Single Control Station Block SW: 05.33.009.5.186 File SW: 8.1.9-211
