Naviseccli security file issue

I have a question about the naviseccli security file. Seeing if you can please point me in the right direction.

Quick background, we are trying to setup an Avamar pre back script to take a snapshot of a lun on the VNX.

We can currently run the script from command prompt and local user and everything works as expected. However when we run through avamar and the “system” account we get the following error. We did save the secfile (with vnx username and password saved) in the default user location and also tried moving it to the C: folder. We also tried recreating the security file.

naviseccli -h 172.17.32.66 -secfilepath C:\Users\john_henneman snap -create -res 50 -keepfor 30d

We can run the script with or without the –secfilepath option successfully from command prompt. It’s just when we run the backup job through Avamar we get the following error.

2020-05-07 15:31:25 avtar Info <6031>: Begin STDOUT from run-at-start:

Cannot use the security file. Check the -secfilepath option.

An error occurred while decrypting the security file. The security file might be corrupted.Run -removeusersecurity to destroy the existing security file, then run -addusersecurity to create a new security file. Alternately, you may use the -secfilepath option.

2020-05-07 15:31:25 avtar Info <6032>: End of STDOUT

Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

what does Avamar documentation state about the "system" account?  Is it supposed to a local account like servername\
