VADP implementation get confused

I am planning to implement VADP in my environment for VMware Data protection but i am confusing about installing VADP Proxy server

what should i need in order to prepare VADP Proxy server  could you please provide step by step procedure.

apart from above could you guy's please explain what below scenario describing.
