iDrac Service Module not communicating with iDrac Enterprise

I have an R340 running ESXi 6.7 U3. I've installed the latest OMSA and iDrac Service Module software but for some reason the iDrac Enterprise card still thinks the ISM isn't running.

Under the iDrac Settings -> iDRAC Service Module Setup it says the "Connection status on host"  is "Not Running"

I can't find any other action items mentioned in the install instructions other than installing the VIB.

Am I missing something here?
