Win 10 updater, again...
MS pushed "important" update KB3035583 on my Win 7 Pro , 32-bit, system today, quote:
This update installs the Get Windows 10 app, which helps users understand their Windows 10 upgrade options and device readiness. For more information about Windows 10, see...
This system can't even run Win 10. When is MS going to stop this nonsense...? Rhetorical question.
I hid this update, yet again...

Ron have you tried this tool?
Video by the author:
As mentioned by the author, it does not break anything, but just disables until you are ready to deal with it. As long as your computer is not compatible with 10 you could leave the upgrade notification disabled indefinitely.
MajorGeeks has it for download as well:

I've never had the Win 10 update app on this PC.
That's why MS keeps trying to get me to download it via Windows Update. I just hide it in WU, but they always seem to find a way to offer it again, and again, and...
Getting very annoyed with MS.
