Daniel,
At this point in the product, it is only for a server with a US locale configured when the server is first created. I am not sure when we will have support for other locales.
If you build a new server and initially configure it for a US locale it should install and work without problems.

The only time we have seen this is when the machine was not initially installed as a US locale. The application needs this is be defined at the time of initial OS installation.
Since vFog Storage runs as a service, changing the locale after the initial installation does not change the locale for applications running as a service. The database version with the comma in it indicates this.

Hello Mike
if i understand your Message i need a Bsic US local installed Windows 2003 Server?
I think this is a great problem here in Europe. Most Servers are installed as "English" Version but with local German, France or others.
What can i do today? Install a new one with US?
Thanks
Daniel

and vFoglight Storage runs!
But it is funny that vFoglight Storage mark .Net 4.0 as wrong!
