Dell Management Plugin failed connection Profile test

Hi

I have problem with connection profile failed with reason Unable to contact..

i can ping iDRAC6 from appliance and from all my VMs 

I have only one host servers r710 and all my VMs and vCenter , Dell Managment PLugin is installed in one host is that  a problem?

my idrac is express but i configure my vmnetwork the NIC0 port as standby and with this config i can see the iDRAC from my VMs and physical network...
