How to submit Enhancement Requests for ViPR SRM
Hi,
May we know how to submit Enhancement Requests for ViPR SRM? I searched out following post but cannot find the link it mentioned.
New Online Support Feature- Enhancement Requests!
We need a guide on how to submit enhancement request from website as customer.

As far as i Know, there was never an option for SRM, but if you open an sr,if you have not already, we can help you out

for VIPR SRM, you will need to open a service request and the Engineer can open an enhancement request internally

Not sure if this is still in use, but SRM feature requests used to be filed via Jira, which I never had the access to

Correct, but not everyone has access to Jira. If one wants to ask for an Enhancement Request and does not have access to Jira, a person can still open an SR.
