VVOLs inactive / inaccessible

Hi,

Unity hybrid 300 and esxi and vcenter 6

VASA cert was expired but now fixed and is registered

but the vvol on emc shows inaccessible / inactive

restarted management of emc, vcenter and ...

hosts have PE's but the vvolstill inaccessible

any help would be appreciated
