verify network error
Hello,
I am expiriencing the problem to obtain Dell EMC UnityVSA Community Edition Licence.
After installation of appliance i am running configuration wizard and recieveing System UUID which i am pasting on licensing portal:
https://www.delltechnologies.com/en-us/auth/elmeval.htm
Following error message appears:
not connected
verify network
Can you help me to get license for my this UUID?

this workaround worked for me. First link gave me an error (you don't have permission to access this server) but still connected as partner and the second one, indeed, it worked, my user was still logged and I was able to download the license.

Same here, it doenst remember my login, i can keep logging in forever.
Also not a registered partner; i keep getting for this account what do you want confirm your registration **bleep** EVERY time..
Seems like an infinite loop. can the person that managed this generate this with my uuid?
Please provide the license file for:

Hello aamora,
We are working on resolving the normal way to obtain a license. If you don’t have a partner account, then you will not be able to obtain the license until we can resolve the issue with the site.

I tried again today and this time I successfully downloaded the license key using my personal email address.

I too was able to successfully generate my Community License registering with a Personal Email address.

Can you help me& What should I choose on the login page to describe my account type and get access to the license obtain page? I am not an employee and I am not interested in cources. I can't get which option let me to obtain community license for Unisphere

The original link is working again and if you have your system UUID then you can generate a license. Here is that link. https://dell.to/3nIwD4H

I can access the license site both externally and internally. I will check to see if there was an issue with the license site.
