UNITY VSA license generates and XML file, unity wants a lic file.
called into support requesting assistance with UNITY VSA license generates and XML file, unity wants a lic file.
They said they can't help me and sent me to this forum.
I see this has been brought up a year ago and the solution was to call into support.
Is there any chance of this getting resolved? convert the xml to lic? or can you generate me a lic file?
uniphere vsa virt2425wwsqk3 and uuid is
80968451-A922-4A84-2AD7-B191616BBDAC

Hello Rich,
For unity VSA if you are downloading a License for 5.3 then it generates a .xml file. IF you are trying to use an earlier version like for example 5.1, then it use the license file. I can send you the link so that you can download 5.3 and use the license that you have been provided. I will send you the link to your email on file.

Hello Rich,
Are you using Unity VSA 5.3? What is the error or alert that you are getting when trying to login to SPA?

@DELL-Sam L deleted and reinstalled and now it's working. Is there an install guide? I can't locate one, I am currently trying to create a pool but it's not letting me saying there's nothing to tier.
