Is there a manual I can look at rather than ask a lot of questions which will probably be answered with RTFM

Also unity and CEPP, is there a similar reference manual ?

sure there are manuals on support.emc.com for

IMT - called called VNX data import

CEPP is in the CLI manual like NDMP

in the next release 4.4 a new manual for NDMP published

there are around 14+ PDF manuals for Unity - I would suggest to download them all

then you can search across them all

you can also download the Unisphere help for offline use
