I followed the instructions in the link, it required some info such as zip code.

I talked with client about the device background. they have serial number and UUID from the device. they purchased from dealer which doesn't have information about seller (such as zip code and etc).

how we can support to activate or get the Unity storage license again?

we have direct access to device and they have serial number and UUID.

Do you have a postal code as you can use that in place of a zip code? What other information are you not able to fill out? You need to transfer the warranty in order to get the license.
