I did not get my answer. my device is not connected to the internet and because of some security concerns, we don't want to connect it to the internet. So we want to get the licenses offline. I read somewhere, we should request them from EMC web panel. please inform us how and where can we request them offline.

I checked the link but there is not any information about my problem. I have HFA base license but when I checked my device license and there is not AppSync, S&M and RP basic for activating. I need a way for registering a request them and after that I can get it from the panel that you mentioned.

As Josh stated in his last post you will need to contact your sales rep, and they can assist you in getting your license.

You should have received an extra Dell Digital Locker mail with a one-time registration code to activate the LAC (License Activation Code) for the other appliacations like AppSync and RP Basic (e.g. for AppSync the product description is "AppSync Bsc for Unity" and for RecoverPoint it's "RP BASIC REM FOR UNITY =IC"). Then when you have the LAC you go to licensing.emc.com and generate the licenses for those applications.
