Dell EMC Unity 300 Ports
Hello!
What's the total quantity of 10gb/s BASE-T ports and their usability (Eg., network only, iSCSI only, or capable of any traffic type)?
I believe it's 4, but I've gotten conflicting feedback. Thanks for any help!

There's 2 10Gb base T ports per SP (so 4 per array). They can be used for NAS or iSCSI or both, but bear in mind you can't use LACP (which you may want for NAS) when using iSCSI.

for 10GbE copper - max 10 per SP - two builtin plus 2x4 on I/O modules
the additional 2x CNA ports can also do 10GbE but only optical or TwinAX
please see the introduction to the Unity platform white paper and the Unity spec sheet for details.
let me know where exactly there is a conflicting doc

The four Embedded 10GbaseT ports can be used for block or file Ethernet traffic.

The two built-in RJ45 ports support 1Gb or 10Gb. Auto-negotiate is supported.
