Cannot initialize Unity 480F

Question

Hi All,

This is the first setup using the Unity Connection Utility tool-Win-32-x86-loc-2.1.1.0.0688-1, we connect two management ports to a non-manageable switch and our laptop connects to the same switch with DHCP settings, after we run these tools by selecting auto recover but the serial number cannot appear, so we cannot continue configuring IP management. any idea please help me
