Nessus Scan # 139239 ( Boothole) -Security Feature in Secure Boot - Win 11-Pro

I've updated my PC, Alienware, several times, and Dell Support says that it's a MS issue but the Nessus scan continues to display this vulnerability.

On the System App, it shows SecureBoot is Enabled. Is there a way to show that this a false condition and to ignore it? Since its shows as a "High" threat condition- my company is leery of me to continue using this computer. It's a 2022 Dell also.
