Seeking Help with a Bizarre Situation

Hi All,

I lost all my Desktop files and folders after I restarted my Dell tablet 2 days ago. Are they all deleted? Unfortunately some of the files I lost had not been back up. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Could there be a way to bring them back? I would greatly appreciate any help from the valuable members of the Dell community.
